We are an artist couple offering a sweet adobe studio guesthouse and three other larger, premium vacation rentals, all downtown Santa Fe, 2 blocks from the Convention Center and 3 blocks from the Plaza, in a charming historic neighborhood.

The location is simply the best. Is there parking? Yes! Are the casitas and the kitchens fully equipped? Are the mattresses quality, is there free Wifi, how about private patios - yes, Yes, YES! We've tried to think of everything that makes guests happy ... so far, so good. And we are real people you can reach by phone and see in-person when needed!

Join us in our wonderful downtown Santa Fe lifestyle, including a large variety of exceptional restaurants (get tips from our list of Favorites), museums (walk a block to the Georgia O'Keeffe) and the native and cosmopolitan regional mix of offerings (downtown Santa Fe is a hub of cultural activities and fun shopping). Tucked away from the street, our beautifully appointed luxury casitas are here for your pleasure.

By the way, two of our properties are named after the “biscochito", New Mexico’s official State Cookie, which is served only on special occasions like weddings, holidays and with tea and breakfast in bed. Amazing but true, our first guests got engaged in the Biscochito Holiday Casita! It’s a very special place. As for naming the Sunflower Casitas? Come late-summer and see these happy indigenous flowers growing wildly (along with colorful hollyhocks) up and down the streets.
