Answers about Policies
Payment is by personal check, cashier's cheque or cash (no credit cards at this time). We request 50% at the time of reservation and full payment by one month in-advance of arrival. If you need to cancel for some reason, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $20 handling fee, only if we can rebook the Casita for the dates cancelled.
We have a reputation for pristine environments. Smoking is not permitted. some casitas are 100% pet-free and for others, pets are considered but may incur a small fee.
Our prices are comparatively low and remain the same throughout the year except for Holidays and events times and other dates in very high demand when rates may vary.
Coming for several weeks or a month or longer? Inquire and we will discuss possibilities!
Other Details
You will find basic cleansers and laundering supplies (where appropriate), citrus shower gel and soft soap (no bar soap or shampoo/conditioner), iron and ironing board, hairdryer and flashlight on all premises. Landlines are not available. All casitas have free Wifi and Cable TV.
Additional cleanings, including laundering of sheets and towels, may be scheduled at the same rate as the exit cleaning. Other services, such as daily bedmaking, will be provided for a modest fee upon request. If you require we use unscented products for cleaning and hygiene prior to your arrival or on-site, please notify us well in-advance. We're happy to accommodate and our environmentally sensitive guests have made favorable comments.
Fireplace set up and an initial load of firewood is provided for your arrival. Additional firewood can be obtained inexpensively at Albertsons or delivered by us for a reasonable charge.
Charcoal-burning barbecues with tools are available upon request. Supplies are provided by guests.
We maintain your walkways free of snow as soon as possible, but snow shovels are in your patio "just in case"!
